Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
Legal representation for youth seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS). SIJS provides a pathway to lawful residence status for undocumented youth who have been abused, abandoned or neglected by one or both parents.
Guardianship
Representation of youth under 21 in guardianship proceedings in California state courts to help establish the legal findings necessary to support their safety, stability, and long-term protection.
