Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
Legal representation for youth seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS). SIJS provides a pathway to lawful residence status for undocumented youth who have been abused, abandoned or neglected by one or both parents.
Guardianship
